Membership FAQs

When will my membership be approved?

Applications for membership must be reviewed by Ending Loneliness Together’s Board prior to approval. As the board meets each month, we recommend allowing a maximum turnaround of 6 weeks from the date you apply to the date you are approved.

When will I be charged for membership?

You will only be charged annual membership fees once your membership application has been approved. You will be notified on approval of your application and receipt of your annual membership fee payment.

How long does my membership last?

Membership is for 12 months (annually) from the first day of membership.

How do I renew my membership?

Membership is for 12 months and auto-renews on each anniversary every year thereafter.

Who can I contact about my membership?

You can edit, retrieve or cancel your membership details at any time simply by reaching out to us. Email info@endingloneliness.com.au or call us (02) 9339 6001.
